Accessibility Policy
Version: 1.0 Effective Date: May 1, 2026 Last Updated: May 1, 2026
Full Summit LLC ("Full Summit," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making our websites, applications, and services accessible to people of all abilities. This Accessibility Policy describes our approach to designing, testing, and maintaining accessible digital experiences.
Our Commitment
- We aim to follow widely accepted accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where feasible.
- We design products and content with accessibility in mind, and we consider accessibility during product planning, design, development, and quality assurance.
- We maintain an ongoing program of automated and manual testing to identify and remediate accessibility issues.
- We welcome feedback from users to help us discover and fix accessibility barriers.
Scope
This Policy applies to Full Summit-operated websites, web applications, and related online services that explicitly display or link to this policy. It does not apply to third-party content or integrations that we do not control, although we expect third-party vendors to follow accessibility best practices when integrated into our experiences.
Standards and Testing
- We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a target for our accessibility efforts, recognizing that not every feature or third-party component will immediately meet every guideline.
- Our testing program includes automated checks, developer linting, assistive-technology testing (keyboard navigation, screen readers), and manual reviews.
- We prioritize fixes by impact and frequency and maintain an internal backlog for remediation.
Design and Development Practices
- We follow semantic HTML practices and use ARIA attributes only when necessary to enhance accessibility.
- We ensure keyboard operability for interactive elements, provide visible focus indicators, and avoid relying solely on color to convey information.
- We include accessible form controls, labels, and error messaging.
- We provide alternative text for meaningful images and captions or transcripts for multimedia where appropriate.
Third-Party Content and Integrations
Where we integrate third-party tools or content, we evaluate accessibility and seek accessible alternatives when practical. Third-party components that do not meet our accessibility expectations are assessed for mitigation or replacement.
Feedback and Reporting
If you encounter an accessibility issue, please let us know so we can investigate and remediate it. Provide as much detail as possible, including:
- The URL or product area where the issue occurred
- A description of the problem and steps to reproduce it
- The assistive technology you were using (if any)
- A screenshot or short recording (optional)

We attempt to respond to accessibility reports within a reasonable time and to provide updates on remediation where appropriate.
Limitations and Exceptions
Some content, user-generated content, or embedded third-party elements may not be fully controlled by Full Summit and may not meet our accessibility standards. Where complete conformance is not possible, we document limitations and provide reasonable alternatives or workarounds when feasible.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is a continual effort. We periodically review and update our processes, training, and tooling to improve accessibility across our products and content.
